Itinerary

Welcome to Egypt. When you get to Cairo, our representative will meet you at the airport to meet & assist you.

Then you will start your first day with our tour guide to start your wonderful tour visit as follows...

Giza Pyramids

The Pyramids of Giza are the only one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World still preserved today, and therefore one of the most famous buildings in the world. The three major pyramids of Giza include the Pyramid of Khufu, the Pyramid of Khafre, and the Pyramid of Mycrinus.

Great Sphinx of Giza

The Great Sphinx of Giza is a giant Egyptian statue. It was carved from the limestone of the Giza plateau and represented a recumbent lion with a human head. Initially, the Sphinx was painted red ocher and had a chin beard, but this fell into antiquity.

Valley Temple of Khafre

Next, go to see the valley temple used to cleanse the king's mummy before burial and to perform the king's embalming process.

Saqqara pyramid

We will move to Saqqara, a pyramidal complex that, like Giza, is part of the necropolis of Memphis. We will see one of the first pyramids built, which served as a model for all those made later. The step pyramid of Djoser has a rectangular base and is about 60 meters high; and was part of a ceremonial complex built around 2650 BC for the pharaoh Djoser by Imhotep, the most famous Egyptian architect.

Lunch

We'll take a break and take the opportunity to eat and recharge. Lunch will be in a restaurant and Egyptian food (drinks not included).

The Bent Pyramid

Dahshur is a relatively isolated place south of Giza. Few tourists visit Dahshur, even though its two pyramids are rather impressive. The curved pyramid is 90 meters high and is the fourth largest pyramid in Egypt. It was built by Sneferu, the father of Khufu (builder of the Great Pyramid).

The Red Pyramid

The Red Pyramid, the construction of which represents a detailed development indicating the transition from a stepped pyramid, such as the pyramid of Djoser at Saqqara, to the pyramid with ecclesiastical lines. Red pyramid, height 105 m. The entrance is made of red granite.

After the tour, we will take you back to the hotel.

We will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo in a private car and transfer you to Alexandria. Three hours from Cairo to the beautiful Alexandria, the second most important city in Egypt, founded by Alexander the Great in the fourth century BC, which was one of the most important cultural and commercial centers of antiquity.

We arrive in Alexandria in the morning and start our tour with visits to...

Catacombs

The catacombs in Kom El Shoqafa were built in the Roman era. They have three levels and their decoration shows a juxtaposition of the Egyptian and Roman panthea.

Roman Theater

The Roman Theater in Alexandria behind the Street of Facades is the theater that was built by the Nabataeans at the beginning of the first century AD and the Romans expanded and improved it shortly after their annexation of the kingdom in 106 AD. They built it by ruthlessly dividing a street of houses or tombs to widen the rear of the hall, which could then accommodate 3,000 people.

Alexandria Library

We will visit the new Library of Alexandria, whose design refers to the god Amun-Ra and the Lighthouse of Alexandria. In addition to several libraries, there is a planetarium, three museums, a laboratory, and a printing press.

Note: The library is closed on Friday and Saturday (it is visible from the outside only).

Abu al-Abbas Mosque

We will also pass the beautiful Abu al-Abbas al-Mursi Mosque, an architectural marvel constructed between 1929-1945 and influenced by the buildings of ancient Egypt in Cairo. Then go to lunch at a local restaurant.

Lunch

After midday, we will take a break and have lunch in a restaurant overlooking the Mediterranean, to replenish our energy. The meal usually consists of Egyptian dishes and options include meat dishes, rice, and salads (drinks not included)

Caidbay Citadel

From the outside, we will also see the Citadel of Qaitbay built on the site of the ancient pharaohs (Light House) in Alexandria, a defensive fortress built in 1480 by Ashraf Abu al-Nasr, Seif al-Din Qaytbay, who became a slave. Sultan.

After the tour, we will take you back to the hotel in Cairo.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Cairo International Airport for your final departure.
